We have a "No Questions Asked Return Policy." According to this policy, a customer can return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with product quality and in case a wrong or damaged product has been delivered. In such a case, if you are not able to do a quality check of the product/s while it's delivery, you may raise a complaint within 4-5 hours of delivery, our support team will resolve it withing 24-48 hours. To educate our quality control team and enhance their ability to recognize or understand the root cause or symptoms of the product which cause you or other customers an inconvenience, it's mandatory to share the images of the product/s which you were not satisfied with its quality. Subject to acceptance from our quality control team, we may take one of the following decisions,

1. exchange the product if possible,

2. credit/refund the bill amount into "SGB Wallet."

A customer can utilize wallet amount for their future transactions.


ORDER CANCELLATION BY USER

A user can cancel the whole order or any particular product, or it's quantity for any reason under the terms which will display/mention at the time of the cancellation process. A user will agree to these cancellation terms in any circumstances.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel the order within 4-5 hours. customers can initiated the cancellation & once cancellation is approved refund will be processed within 1-2 hours. and amount will reflect on customer wallet & bank account within 10-14 days.
